Furniture Return Policy
At East West Furniture Direct, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our furniture. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you through the return process.
Return Eligibility
Furniture items may be returned within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in original condition

The item is in original packaging, including all hardware and documentation

You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Please note: Due to the nature and cost of furniture logistics, a 15% restocking fee may apply depending on the item and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, modification, or improper care

Assembled furniture (unless damaged or defective upon arrival)
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product for another item, we are happy to assist under the following conditions:

The product must be in unused, like-new condition and in its original packaging, including all hardware and documentation.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the product to our warehouse.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will proceed with the exchange.
Return Process
- Contact our support team at services@eastwestfurniture.net within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, reason for return or exchange, and photos if applicable.
- The customer will arrange a pickup or return shipping label at their own expense.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund (minus any applicable fees) or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue and the packaging. We will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.
